Timothy Carroll

Tim serves as the President of Cardinal Advisory. Before founding Cardinal Advisory, Tim was President of JTC Trustees (South Dakota) and the Head of Trust and Fiduciary for both the Delaware and South Dakota offices. While at JTC, Tim orchestrated JTC’s acquisition of a Delaware trust company, New York Private Trust Company, where he served as President and CEO. His career in the trust industry includes Wells Fargo Wealth Management, PNC Wealth Management, Wilmington Trust, CitiPrivate Trust, and UBS Trust Company.

Tim has interacted with several state and federal regulatory banking agencies as a result of his serving on Board of Directors of New York Private Trust Company, Cleveland Private Trust Company, Sarasota Private Trust Company and JTC Trust Company (South Dakota).
